iTrade response to Covid-19 / Corona Virus

iTrade, like most of our partners and fellow businesses has been impacted by the developments and concerns surrounding the Corona virus and have made some temporary changes for the safety of our staff as well as our clients. We have rearranged our office staff, including haveing some employees telecommute in order to maintain proper social distancing within the office. We have also implemented more frequent and intense cleaning procedures within the office. Perhaps the most impactful change on our members is in regards to visiting our office. For the safety of those visitors as well as our staff, we are allowing no more than 2 members in the office at any given time. Once this capacity has been reached, the door will be locked and no further members will be able to enter the building.

We ask anyone that is feeling ill or showing any symptoms of illness of any kind to please refrain from coming inside though we are happy to bring your items to you outside if you call the office when you arrive. If the door is locked at arrival, it is likely due to us being at capacity but call the number of the door to let us know what you need and we will try to help everyone as quickly as we are able. In support of that, we also ask that any members visiting our office limit the time of their visits so we can assist as many members as possible and make this time of stress and worry as manageable for everyone as we are able.

It is during times such as this that we need to pull together and help eachother.
